Add Start and Stop Section in VLC.
- Navigate to section wanna start the video (Ex go to 3.1 Seconds)
- Go to “Playback” tab -> “Custom Bookmark” Section -> “Manage” Sub Section.
- Click “Create” and Add your Comments in “Descriptions” also if you wanna change the timing click “Time” Column and update as per your needs.
